Cancelling Your Cinderblock Subscription

You can cancel your Cinderblock subscription at any time from the Billing page in Company Settings. No need to contact support.

How cancellation works

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll keep full access to Cinderblock until then. You won’t be charged again after cancellation.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Company Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

You’ll see a confirmation message once the cancellation is complete. No email confirmation is sent.

What happens to your data

Your account and data are retained after cancellation so you can reactivate at any time. After one year of inactivity, your data is scheduled for deletion. If you need your data retained beyond that period, contact us at support@cinderblock.com before the one-year mark.
