Refund Policy

Monthly plans

New subscribers can request a refund within 24 hours of their first charge. This applies to the initial subscription only — monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds.

If you contact us and don’t hear back immediately (e.g. over a weekend or national holiday), don’t worry. As long as we receive the request within 24 hours you are eligible for a refund.

Annual plans

Contact us within 7 days of being charged — this applies to both new subscriptions and annual renewals. The 7-day window is calendar days, not business days, and is based on Eastern Time (ET).

For example, if your annual plan renews on June 1, your refund window closes at the end of day June 7 ET.

Annual refunds also cover users you no longer need. If your renewal included active users that you want to remove, contact us within the 7-day window and we’ll refund those additional seats.

Note: Refunds are not available for mid-cycle user additions. The 7-day window applies only to your initial subscription charge and annual renewals.

How to request a refund

Email support@cinderblock.com from the email address associated with your account owner. Include your account name and the charge you’re requesting a refund for.

How long does the refund take

Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of approval, and can take 5-7 business days to post on your account.

Are refunds prorated?

No, eligible refunds are refunded full.
