Delete a customer

Delete a customer you no longer need.

Warning: Deleting a customer also deletes their jobs, appointments, estimates, and invoices.

Before you delete

Open the customer and review their Jobs, Appointments, Estimates, and Invoices.

If the customer is a duplicate, merge them instead so their records are kept. See Merge customers.

Delete a customer

1. Open the customer.
2. Open the customer’s more options menu and select Delete customer.
3. Review the warning and confirm.

When you can’t delete a customer

A parent customer can’t be deleted while it has sub-customers. Unlink or delete its sub-customers first. See Sub-customers.
