Delete a form or form template

Delete individual forms from jobs or remove templates you no longer need.

Delete a form from a job

1. Open the job and select Forms.
2. Open the form’s menu and select Delete form.
3. Select Confirm.

The form is removed from the job.

Delete a form template

1. Select Company settings > Forms.
2. Select Delete form for the template.
3. Select Confirm.

The template is no longer available when you add a form to a job.

Forms already created from the template aren’t affected. They stay on their jobs with their questions and answers.
