Billing cycles & invoice dates

Your billing date is the day your free trial expires. That’s when your first payment is charged, and that date stays fixed for the life of your account — monthly or annual.

Switching from monthly to annual

You can switch at any time from the Billing page. The change is immediate. You’re charged the annual rate right away, and any unused days left in your current monthly cycle are credited toward your first annual invoice.

Switching from annual to monthly

The change takes effect when your current annual cycle ends. You won’t be charged monthly until then.

Where to find your next billing date

Go to Company Settings → Billing or visit my.cinderblock.com/settings/billing.
