Managing Your Cinderblock Subscription

Manage your Cinderblock plan, billing cycle, and payment details from the Billing page in Company Settings.

Who can access billing

Only Company Admins can view and manage subscription settings. Billing is available on the web app only — it is not accessible from the mobile app.

What you can do on the Billing page

  • View your current plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • View your next billing date and renewal date
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Update your payment method
  • Download past invoices

How user billing works

Your Cinderblock subscription cost is based on the number of active users on your account. Adding a user increases your bill. Removing a user removes that cost from your next billing cycle.

Changing your plan

  1. Go to Company Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan or billing cycle
  4. Confirm your changes

Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you’ll keep access to your current plan until then.
