Update your personal information

You can update your personal details (name, email, and phone number) from your account profile. These are your individual settings, separate from your company’s information.

Go to My Account > My Information to make changes.

Update your name or phone number

1. Go to My Account > My Information.
2. Update your First name, Last name, or Phone number as needed.
3. Click Save changes.

Update your email address

Your email address is used to log in to Cinderblock, so changes require verification before they take effect.

1. Go to My Account > My Information.
2. Click Edit email next to your current email address.
3. Enter your new email address.
4. Check your new inbox for a verification email from Cinderblock and click the confirmation link.

Your email address will update once verified. Until then, your old address remains active.

Upload or change your avatar

Your avatar is a profile photo visible to other team members inside Cinderblock. It doesn’t appear on any customer-facing documents or communications.

1. Go to My Account > My Information.
2. Click Upload avatar and select a photo.
3. Click Save changes.

If you don’t upload an avatar, Cinderblock will automatically generate one using your initials.

To remove your avatar, click Remove and save.
