Download an estimate PDF

Download an estimate as a PDF from the Estimates list or from the estimate itself, or download several estimates at once. Your customer can also download the PDF from the estimate’s web link.
Downloading a PDF doesn’t change the estimate’s status. You can download a Draft estimate without sending it.
Download from the Estimates list
- Select Estimates in the sidebar.
- Select the more options menu (⋮) at the end of the estimate’s row.
- Select Download PDF.
Download from an estimate
- Open the estimate.
- Select the more options menu (⋮) at the top right of the estimate.
- Select Download PDF.
If you have unsaved changes, a prompt appears. Select Update now to save them and download the PDF.
Download several estimates at once

Select Estimates in the sidebar.

Select the checkbox next to each estimate you want.

Select Bulk actions, then select Download PDFs.
You get a separate PDF for each selected estimate, whatever its status.
Your customer’s PDF
Your customer can download the PDF by selecting PDF on the estimate’s web link. A Draft estimate’s web link isn’t available.
You can also attach the PDF when you email the estimate.
