No. GPS location is optional. You can enable it for jobs where site verification matters, or leave it off for crew who work from the same location every day. It’s a per-account setting you control.
Once you set a burden rate (your total cost per hour including wages and overhead), every time entry automatically contributes to the job’s cost summary. You can see estimated vs. actual labor cost on every job without any manual calculation.
Yes. You can export time entries as a CSV file filtered by date range, employee, or job. The export includes clock-in/out times, total hours, and which job and appointment each entry is tied to.
