It’s configurable. Companies can set GPS capture as required or optional for their users. Field location is recorded at clock-in/out or appointment check-in/out only, not continuously.
Each team member can be assigned a burden rate. When they log time against a job or appointment, the associated labor cost is automatically recorded against that job’s financial summary. No manual calculation needed.
Yes. Timesheet data can be exported to CSV and filtered by date range, user, or job for use in payroll or external reporting.
Yes. Admins and managers can edit time entries after they’re submitted. Higher-level staff can also be given the option to set the time manually at the point of logging, removing the need to correct it later.
