Mark a timesheet settled

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Mark a timesheet settled to record that its time has been paid out. Marking a timesheet settled doesn’t make a payment or change any job costs.

Mark a timesheet settled

  1. Open the timesheet’s options and select Mark settled.
  2. Select Confirm. To leave it unchanged, select Cancel.

The status changes to Settled, and Date settled is set to the current date.

Mark multiple timesheets settled

  1. In Timesheets, select the timesheets.
  2. Select Bulk actions > Mark settled.

Undo settlement

  1. Open the settled timesheet’s options and select Undo mark settled.
  2. Select Confirm.

The status returns to Complete, and Date settled is removed. You must undo settlement individually for each timesheet.

Find settled timesheets

Filter Timesheets by the Settled status. See Find, filter, and sort timesheets.
