Vendors receive a link to view and sign the PO online. You can see the status of the PO within Cinderblock once it’s been viewed or signed.
Yes. Saved services and materials can be pulled into a PO, so you’re not typing out common items from scratch every time.
Purchase orders are available on the Build plan. They are not included in Foundation.
Yes. When a PO is linked to a job, its costs are recorded against the job automatically, giving you visibility into committed spend before a bill is received.
