Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone - trial users, existing customers, or just someone checking us out. That said, requests from active Cinderblock users carry more weight when we’re making prioritization decisions.
Customer requests are the biggest input. We also look at how many teams would benefit from a feature, how much it would improve day-to-day workflows, and how it fits the overall direction of the product. No feature gets built just because it sounds interesting.
Approximately once a month for both the web app and mobile app. Smaller fixes and improvements can go out more frequently between major releases.
Quarters are targets, not guarantees. We try to keep the roadmap realistic and stable, but software development involves unknowns. If something shifts, we’d rather adjust the timeline than ship something half-baked.
No. The roadmap covers major planned features. Ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and smaller enhancements ship continuously and are documented on the What’s New page (/release-notes/).
Not necessarily. Some features are bundled into larger releases, and smaller improvements often ship without a dedicated roadmap entry. That doesn’t mean your request was ignored - recurring themes across submissions directly shape what we prioritize.
