Create an appointment

Keeping your schedule tied to the job means nothing slips through the cracks. From inside any job, you can schedule a time for a site visit, installation, inspection, or whatever type of appointment the job needs.

From inside the job, click Appointments in the left panel, then click New appointment. The customer and job are already linked so you can get straight to picking a date and time. That is all that is required to save.

You can also create appointments outside of a job from the Calendar section in the sidebar.

Optional details

Before saving you can also add:

  • Appointment type: categorize the visit (Sales, Install, Inspection, etc.). Appointment types are customizable so you can set them up to match how your business works.
  • Assigned users: assign one or more team members to the appointment
  • Description: any notes about what the visit involves

Notify your customer

You have the option to notify your customer about the appointment directly from Cinderblock. After saving the appointment you’ll receive a prompt asking if you’d like to notify the customer. Customer notifications are sent via email only.
