Change your password

You can update your password at any time from your account settings. You’ll need to know your current password to do this.

  1. Go to My Account > Password.
  2. Enter your Current password.
  3. Enter and confirm your New password.

Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • A mix of letters and numbers
  • At least one special character

Important: Changing your password will immediately log you out of all active sessions, including the current one. You’ll need to log back in with your new password.

Reset your password if you’re locked out

If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in:

  1. Go to the Cinderblock login page.
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions.

Admin password reset

If you’re an Admin and need to reset a password for someone on your team, you can do that directly without them needing to go through the forgot password flow. See Add and manage users for instructions.
