Connect a payment processor

Connecting a payment processor lets your customers pay invoices online by credit card or ACH directly from the invoice link.

Go to Settings > Integrations. You will need to be on a paid plan to access this feature. You can connect during your trial period as long as you have selected a plan.

Cinderblock supports two payment processors. You can only have one active at a time.

Stripe

If you do not have a Stripe account, you can create one during setup. Click Connect next to Stripe and follow the onboarding flow. Stripe will guide you through creating or connecting your account before returning you to Cinderblock.

Sola Payments (formerly Cardknox)

If you already have a Sola account, click Connect next to Sola Payments and enter your API key.

After connecting

Once your payment processor is connected, payment options are enabled on your invoices by default. Your customers will see a pay button on their invoice link and can pay by credit card or ACH.

You can manage payment settings per invoice or set a global default for all new invoices.

Note: Stripe and Sola Payments are not available in all countries.
