Update your company information
Your company information is used across Cinderblock on PDFs, customer-facing emails, and web links. Keeping it accurate ensures your customers see the right details every time.
Go to Company Settings > Company Info to manage these settings. Only Admins can make changes here.
Company name
Your business name as it will appear on invoices, estimates, and other documents. Update it directly in the Company name field and click Update to save.
Company logo
Your logo appears on PDFs (invoices, estimates), web links, and customer-facing emails. A clean, high-resolution version of your logo works best.
To upload a logo:
- Go to Company Settings > Company Info.
- Click Upload logo and select your image file.
- Click Update to save.
To remove your logo, click Remove.
Company email address
Your company email appears on PDFs, web links, and customer-facing emails. It’s also used as the reply-to address when Cinderblock sends emails on your behalf, so when a customer replies to an estimate or invoice email, their reply goes to this address.
Because this email plays an important role in customer communications, changes require verification before they take effect.
To update your company email:
- Go to Company Settings > Company Info.
- Click Edit email next to the current email address.
- Enter the new email address.
- Check that inbox for a verification email from Cinderblock and click the confirmation link.
Your company email updates once verified.

Phone number
Your company phone number. Update it in the Phone field and click Update to save.
Working hours
Working hours define the start and end of your business day. This is used when creating full day appointments; selecting “full day” sets the appointment to span your configured working hours.
Update the start and end times using the dropdowns and click Update to save.
Billing address
Your company’s billing address. This is used on invoices and other documents, and also determines your account’s timezone and currency. Make sure it reflects your actual business location.
Fill in all address fields (address, city, state, postal code, country) and click Update to save.
