Timezone and currency
Cinderblock automatically sets your account’s timezone and currency based on your company’s billing address. There’s no separate timezone or currency setting, the system reads your location and applies the correct values automatically.
Why this matters
Your timezone affects how appointments, timestamps, and scheduled items are displayed across your account. Your currency determines how amounts are shown on invoices, estimates, and purchase orders.
Getting these right ensures your team sees accurate times and your customers see the correct currency on their documents.
If your timezone or currency is showing incorrectly
The most common cause is an incorrect or incomplete billing address.
To fix it:
- Go to Company Settings > Company Info.
- Check that your billing address — including city, state, postal code, and country — is correct.
- Update any incorrect fields and click Update to save.
Cinderblock will apply the correct timezone and currency based on your updated address.
If your address looks correct and you’re still seeing the wrong timezone or currency, contact support and we’ll look into it.
