Reactivating Your Account

If your Cinderblock account has been cancelled or paused, you can reactivate at any time by logging in and visiting the Billing page.

How to reactivate

  1. Log in to your account at my.cinderblock.com
  2. Go to Company Settings → Billing

If your account was cancelled, select a new plan and enter your payment details.

If your account was paused due to a failed or expired payment, simply update your payment method — no plan selection needed.

Your data

As long as your account hasn’t been inactive for more than one year, your data is intact and waiting for you. Pick up right where you left off.

Choosing a plan

You can select any currently available plan when reactivating. Your previous plan may no longer be available — if that’s the case, choose the plan that best fits your needs today.
