Cinderblock supports credit card and ACH (bank transfer) payments, processed through Stripe or Cardknox. Each method can be toggled on or off per invoice, giving you control over what’s available to the customer on a job-by-job basis.
Deposit timing depends on your payment processor and account settings Typically 1–2 business days for card payments. Your processor’s timeline applies once a payment is collected.
There is no separate monthly fee for payment processing beyond your Cinderblock plan. Standard per-transaction rates apply when payments are collected.
Yes. You can pass up to 3% in processing fees to the customer. The fee applies automatically only if the customer pays by credit card. Customers paying by ACH are not charged the fee.
