Big month for the Job Profile on both web and mobile. A few other things worth knowing about too.

Web Updates

Job Profile updates

The Job Content section got reworked. Easier to manage your jobs without bouncing around.

A new Financial Summary section now sits in the Job Profile. Open a job and you can see how it’s performing financially without pulling a report.

Cost Categories

You can now organize job costs into categories. If you’ve been lumping everything together and sorting it out later, this should save you some time.

Table totals

Tables now include a “Total” row at the bottom. Small thing. Saves you from doing math you shouldn’t have to do.

Email infrastructure

We upgraded the email infrastructure behind the scenes. Better delivery rates, better bounce handling. If your customers reported not receiving emails reliably before (particularly those with a Yahoo email address), this is the fix.

Redesigned email notifications

Email notifications got a visual overhaul. Cleaner layout with a more professional look.

Mobile Updates

Redesigned Job Profile

The Job Profile has been rebuilt into a single screen. Important information is front and center instead of buried behind tabs. You shouldn’t have to hunt for the basics anymore.

Create timesheets from a job

You can now start a timesheet directly from within a job. One less trip to the timesheets section.

Timesheet sync improvements

When you complete a timesheet, the status now waits until sync finishes before updating. Prevents users from the closing the app for the day thinking their timesheet saved when it hadn’t fully processed.

Camera updates

Improvements to the camera when rotating to landscape. Smoother transition, fewer quirks.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where appointments weren’t being marked complete.
  • Fixed appointments briefly showing the wrong status after checking out.
  • Fixed file upload retries failing.
