Keep every file tied to the job

Whether it’s in the main job tab or the estimates, invoices, or purchase orders sections, files can be added from any part of the app. They all show up in the Files & Docs tab for that job, giving you one clear view of everything that’s been uploaded. Each file includes details like who added it, when it was uploaded, and where it’s linked inside the job.

View, update, or share any file

You can rename files, add labels, move them to a different section of the job, or download them when needed. If a file needs to be shared with a customer, you can send it by email right from the app, without having to download it to your device. On mobile, it’s easy to share files through messaging apps. Admins can control what level of file access each team member has, from full control to view-only or no access at all.

Make quick edits to any images

On mobile, you can draw on top of any image, whether it was just taken or uploaded earlier by someone else. This is useful for pointing out an issue, leaving a quick note, or giving visual instructions. Once edited, the image can be saved as a new file, added back to the job, and mentioned in Job Notes to explain the change.

All job files can be sorted by upload date or filtered by type, like photos, videos, or PDFs, to make finding what you need faster.
