Reminders can also be added to jobs or tasks, and they’ll appear for the assigned user as both a mobile push notification and an email. This allows you to flag time-sensitive items or follow-ups without needing to chase anyone. All of this works through the Cinderblock mobile app as well, so even if your team is fully remote or on job sites, they can receive updates, leave comments, and track progress without switching between apps.

You can also create templates for common project types like bathroom remodels or kitchen upgrades, then tweak the details as needed when using the template. Each estimate stays tied to the job it belongs to, so you can quickly turn it into an invoice once the customer accepts everything.
