Notes are visible to all users assigned to the job, and team members can tag each other using @mentions to flag specific updates, ask for input, or leave important information from customers—for example, the gate code to the property. Tagged users receive in-app notifications and optional email alerts, so nothing is overlooked.

Reminders can also be added to jobs or tasks, and they’ll appear for the assigned user as both a mobile push notification and an email. This allows you to flag time-sensitive items or follow-ups without needing to chase anyone. All of this works through the Cinderblock mobile app as well, so even if your team is fully remote or on job sites, they can receive updates, leave comments, and track progress without switching between apps.
