  • Anti-spam measures: it’s not much of an “improvement”, but the unfortunate reality of bad actors signing up to Cinderblock to send spam emails prompted us to make some changes which might negatively impact your experience - 1. we limited the ability to edit email templates to accounts subscribed to a paid plan. 2. you can send estimates and invoices to just five customer email addresses at a time.
  • Appointments: you can update an appointment’s status by clicking on the status badge.
  • Appointments: UI update to the appointment ‘save changes’ pop up.
  • Detail cards: on estimates, invoices, appointments, etc. you can now preview customer and job details without leaving the screen.

  • Tasks: files are now associated with the primary task, and not the list of subtasks.

  • Appointments: sum of hours is displayed are now displayed when only some of the assigned users have checked out.
  • Forms: the bug allowing user to submit form without entering a value for required field has been crushed.
  • Forms: the bug which caused the status of the form not to change to “In Progress” has been fixed.

  • Introducing Tasks! Now you can create both personal tasks and job tasks. Each task can have a list of subtasks added to it.

Improvements:

  • Company Settings: a permission for History Log has been added to User Roles. Now it’s possible to control which users have access to a job’s history.
  • Job History Log: assets are now clickable.
  • Job History Log: now displaying history of created and deleted assets (appointments, estimates, invoices, etc.).
  • When hovering over a “completed” badge for appointments, tasks, and forms - the timestamp is displayed.
